Design Manager

With a proven record in residential, commercial, hospitality, educational, and sports facility designs, the firm is known for offering value engineering and technical support to developers and the construction industry.​​​​​ **Role Overview:** We are seeking an experienced **Design Manager** who will be responsible for overseeing the **technical design, coordination, and delivery** of building projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and international standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and oversee **architectural design coordination** across all project stages (concept to construction). * Ensure **technical compliance** with local regulations, codes, and client requirements. * Manage and coordinate **multi-disciplinary teams** (Architecture, Structure, MEP). * Review and approve **design deliverables, drawings, and specifications**. * Support project delivery through **technical problem-solving and design optimization**. * Liaise with **clients, authorities, and stakeholders** to ensure smooth approvals and execution. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture** (Master’s preferred). * Minimum **15 years’ experience** in building projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use). * Proven experience in **architectural consultancy / design environments**. * Strong knowledge of **UAE building codes and authority requirements** (Abu Dhabi experience preferred). * Demonstrated ability to manage **design teams and technical coordination**. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
