JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced Design Manager specializing in Hospitality and Mixed Use projects to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee the design process for high-profile hospitality and mixed-use developments, ensuring innovative and functional design solutions that meet client expectations, regulatory standards, and project objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage multi-disciplinary design teams throughout all project phases, from concept to completion. * Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop coherent and market-leading design concepts suitable for hospitality and mixed-use environments. * Ensure design compliance with relevant codes, standards, and sustainability criteria. * Review and approve design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and presentations. * Implement quality control and risk management procedures related to design aspects. * Coordinate with external consultants and vendors to integrate design elements seamlessly. * Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and excellence within the team. If you have a passion for high-end hospitality and mixed-use design management and possess strong leadership skills, we invite you to be a part of JASARA PMC to deliver outstanding projects. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field. * At least 10-12 years of professional experience managing design projects in hospitality and mixed-use sectors. * Demonstrated expertise in design principles, building codes, and sustainable design practices related to hospitality and mixed-use developments. * Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and BIM tools. * Strong project management skills including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. * Excellent leadership and team management capabilities. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. * Experience working in multicultural environments and with international clients is preferred. * Knowledge of local and international hospitality standards and regulations is advantageous. **Benefits**
