Digital Content Creator, Ads & Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Content Creator, Ads & Graphic Designer to manage our brand’s complete social media presence. This role combines content creation, paid advertising, and graphic design to deliver visually compelling and high-performing campaigns. **Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media** * Plan and create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) for Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok * Develop and manage monthly content calendars * Write creative captions, hooks, and call-to-actions * Stay updated with trends and create viral/engaging content ideas **Paid Advertising (Meta Ads)** * Plan, set up, and manage ad campaigns on **Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)** * Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI * Conduct A/B testing (creatives, audiences, copy) * Manage budgets and scaling strategies * Prepare performance reports and insights **Graphic Design & Creative Work** * Design social media posts, ad creatives, banners, and promotional materials * Maintain brand consistency in all visuals * Edit videos/reels using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc. * Work on product visuals, campaign creatives, and marketing materials **Analytics & Strategy** * Track KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions) * Analyze data and improve content and ad strategies * Suggest new creative directions and campaign ideas **Requirements** * Proven experience in **content creation, paid ads, and graphic design** * Strong knowledge of **Meta Ads Manager** * Proficiency in tools like **Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, CapCut/Premiere Pro** * Good understanding of social media trends and audience behavior * Creative mindset with strong attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks independently **Preferred (Bonus)** * Experience in **fashion / abaya / modest wear brands** * Photography/videography skills * Experience with influencer collaborations **Working Hours** * Full-Time ( 9 AM – 7 PM) **KPIs** * Content engagement & growth * Ad performance (ROAS, conversions) * Creative quality & consistency * Contribution to sales/leads Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
