**Position Overview** We are looking for a **detail‑oriented and organized Document Controller** to manage project documentation and ensure proper filing, distribution, and retrieval of records. The role requires strong coordination skills, familiarity with document control systems, and the ability to support project teams efficiently. A **valid UAE driving license** is mandatory for inter‑site document handling and coordination. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage, organize, and maintain all project documents, drawings, correspondence, and records in both electronic and hard‑copy formats. * Ensure documents are properly numbered, filed, and stored according to company standards and project requirements. * Control the issuance, receipt, distribution, and tracking of technical documents and drawings. * Update and maintain document logs, registers, and tracking sheets. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely submission and approval of documents. * Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards before distribution. * Prepare reports, transmittals, and documentation summaries for management. * Support audits and ensure documentation is readily accessible for inspections. * Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of sensitive information. * Travel between office and project sites within RAK and other emirates as required (UAE driving license mandatory). **Qualifications & Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. * **2–5 years** of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in construction, engineering, or contracting companies. * Strong knowledge of document control procedures, filing systems, and project documentation workflows. * Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe PDF tools, and document control software (e.g., Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint). * Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * **Valid UAE driving license** is mandatory. **Preferred Skills** * Experience with RAK Municipality documentation processes. * Familiarity with ISO standards related to document control. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to coordinate with multi‑disciplinary teams. **Employment Details** * **Location:** Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), UAE * **Job Type:** Full‑time * **Salary:** Competitive, based on experience * **Availability:** Immediate joiners preferred Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
