Draftsman

**Key Responsibilities**: * Prepare detailed architectural drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) * Interpret and apply relevant building codes, standards, and regulations in drawings * Assist architects in the design process by drafting floor plans, elevations, sections, and details * Modify drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and clients * Coordinate with other disciplines such as structural, MEP, and interior design teams * Maintain organized records of drawing sets, revisions, and project documentation * Conduct site visits when necessary to verify measurements and gather data * Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and compliant with project specifications **Qualifications:** * Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or related field * Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus * 1 years of experience in architectural drafting preferred * Strong knowledge of construction methods and building codes * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your Current Salary? * What is your Expected Salary? * What is your Notice Period (Days)? * Are you comfortable with the location of Al Quoz-4 Industrial Area?
