Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to prepare accurate drawings and layouts for real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and able to work closely with engineers, architects, and project teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed 3D, 2D drawings, layouts, and plans as per project requirements * Modify and update drawings based on site conditions and instructions * Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams * Ensure drawings comply with local authority standards and regulations * Maintain proper documentation and drawing records **Requirements:** * Diploma or certification in Drafting / Civil / Architecture * Proven experience as a Draftsman * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup and related drafting software * Good understanding of construction drawings and materials * Strong attention to detail and time management skills **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in real estate or construction projects * Knowledge of UAE building codes and standards * Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
