Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience and strong technical drafting skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and plans based on project requirements * Review and modify drawings as per engineering and architectural specifications * Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams * Ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulations * Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of drafting experience in the UAE * Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software is an advantage * Knowledge of 3D drawing and modeling software (such as Revit, SketchUp, or similar) * Strong understanding of construction/engineering drawings * Good communication and coordination skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines **Preferred:** * Experience in real estate / construction industry * Diploma or certification in Drafting, Engineering, or related field Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
