Draftsman interior design

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with a minimum of 5 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting, preferably within the interior design or construction industry. The ideal candidate must have excellent technical knowledge, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines with high accuracy. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and technical plans using AutoCAD. * Develop and review shop drawings in accordance with project scope and industry standards. * Ensure all drawings comply with standard dimensions, regulations, and specifications. * Coordinate with designers, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements. * Revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions. * Maintain proper documentation and version control of all drawings. * Support site team with accurate and clear technical drawings when required. * Ensure timely completion of all assigned drafting tasks within the given deadlines. **Requirements & Skills:** * Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Draftsman. * Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). * Strong knowledge of standard sizes, measurements, and drafting practices. * Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. * High level of speed and accuracy in preparing drawings. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with team members. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in interior design or fit-out projects. * Familiarity with UAE regulations and standards is an advantage. * Basic knowledge of 3D software (optional but beneficial). **Personal Attributes:** * Self-motivated and proactive * Well-organized and disciplined * Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently * Strong work ethic and commitment to quality Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
