**Job Title: MEP Draftsman** **Job Summary** Responsible for producing detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings and technical documentation in support of construction and fit-out projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance with standards, and coordination with the broader project team. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and develop MEP drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP based on engineer specifications and design briefs * Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, coordination drawings, and schematics for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems * Coordinate MEP layouts with architectural and structural drawings to identify and resolve clashes * Revise and update drawings as per site conditions, RFIs, and design changes * Maintain organized drawing registers and ensure version control across all document sets * Liaise with MEP engineers, site supervisors, and consultants to clarify design intent * Ensure all drawings comply with local authority standards and project specifications * Support the preparation of material submittals and technical documentation **Qualifications & Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline * 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman, preferably in UAE or GCC * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); Revit MEP is an advantage * Familiarity with DEWA, DM, ADSSC, and other UAE authority standards * Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction documentation * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple drawing packages simultaneously * Good communication skills; team-oriented **Employment Details** * Location: Dubai, UAE * Type: Full-Time * Reporting to: MEP Engineer / Project Manager Job Type: Permanent Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED9,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
