E-commerce Marketplace Manager (MALE)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **E-commerce Marketplace Manager** to lead and optimize our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing end-to-end marketplace activities while driving sales growth and operational efficiency. This role requires hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon, etc.). * Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, visibility, and product performance across platforms. * Handle product listings, content optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. * Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and ensure stock availability to avoid disruptions. * Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and secure favorable terms with suppliers. * Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. * Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and marketplace trends to make data-driven decisions. * Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, standards, and best practices. * Handle administrative and reporting tasks related to marketplace operations. * Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations) to align business goals. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in e-commerce marketplace management (Amazon, Noon, or similar platforms). * Strong understanding of online sales strategies, listing optimization, and marketplace algorithms. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with e-commerce tools. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. * Analytical mindset with attention to detail. * Experience in logistics or supply chain coordination is an advantage. **Job Details:** * **Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent * **Experience:** * E-commerce / Marketplace Management: 2–4 years (Preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: * UAE: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
