Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Job Tittle: Maintenance Engineer Position Overview This role prioritizes mobile phone maintenance as core responsibility, with secondary focus on administrative support and warehouse management, to ensure smooth operation of after-sales services and daily business workflows. Job Responsibility:Primary Responsibilities (Mobile Phone Maintenance) * Deliver customer-facing services in full compliance with Standardization Service Etiquette (SST) protocols, maintain consistent professional conduct to build customer trust and uphold a positive brand image * Perform professional fault diagnosis and repair services for various smartphone models, including hardware troubleshooting and software issue resolution Secondary Responsibilities (Administrative & Warehouse Management) * Master and operate three core business systems: Kingdee, after-sales management system, and Ouyeyun system * Process mobile phone sales invoice issuance, DOA/DAP (Dead on Arrival/Damaged on Arrival) unit return and replacement workflows, and credit note generation * Provide operational support per inter-departmental requests, arrange demo device installation and deployment, and process employee loaner phone applications * Oversee end-to-end mobile phone warehouse operations: procurement and shipping arrangements, inbound/outbound logistics, and inventory reconciliation for new devices, second-hand devices, and DOA units * Manage in-store merchandise display, including ordering materials for product showcases and in-store promotional setups * Support phone sales and in-store mobile device sales activities General Administrative Work * Handle office supplies procurement and inventory replenishment * Process employee expense reimbursement applications and invoice verification workflows Job Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, or related technical fields * Proven hands-on experience in mobile phone repair, familiar with common hardware and software faults of mainstream smartphone brands and models * Strong execution capability, able to follow work instructions accurately and complete tasks efficiently * High sense of responsibility, positive team collaboration spirit, and ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment * skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for daily report writing and data statistics * Fluency in English (written and verbal) 职位类型：全职 薪资： AED4,000.00至AED5,000.00（每月 ） 申请问题: * Are you currently in UAE? * This position is a multiple tasks based position, are you comfortable with this? * Do you have warehouse inventory working experience before? how many years? * Do you have experience in Mobile repairing?
