Electrical Site Engineer

**Position : ELECTRICAL SITE ENGINEER** **Job Purpose:** To supervise and manage on-site electrical works, ensuring installations are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and local authority regulations (e.g., DEWA). The role focuses on coordinating with project teams, monitoring progress, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring timely completion of electrical systems within budget. **Key Responsibilities:** · Review and Understanding of Design documents (Specification, Design drawings etc.) · Guide and provide consultation to the internal project design team of Engineers for producing accurate shop drawings and detailed Engineering drawings. · Submission of Work inspection Request (WIR) / Material Inspection requests (MIR) in co-ordination with QA/QC department. · Monitor and Control the submission of Shop drawings. · Co-ordination with Consultant and QA/QC department to get approval for the WIR and MIR. · Raise Request for Information (RFI) to Consultant to resolve conflicting or missing information required for drawings. · Preparation and Submission of Engineering submittals (Materials, Method statements etc.) and ensure the suitability of selected equipment and material to meet design requirements and performance standards. · Indent / Ordering / Follow-up on delivery & tracking of Materials. · Discussion with Supervisors and allocation of works. · Co-ordination with Supplier / Specialists for the executions. · Ensuring the works are carried out at site complying with required Quality Standards & HSE requirements. · Preparation and Submission of Project handover documents such as As-built drawings, Operation and Maintenance manuals. · Submission / Approvals of Materials / Shop drawings for all Statutory Authorities **Qualifications & Requirements:** · **Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering** · **2–3+ up years of UAE experience in contracting / construction MEP field & relevant work exp.** · **Strong communication skills in English** · **Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MEP software (autocad)** Work Location: In person
