ELV Maintenance Engineer

**Pay:** 3,000.00 (AED) – 4,500.00 (AED) per month **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled **ELV & CCTV Maintenance Engineer** with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our operations and maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, troubleshooting, and upkeep of ELV and security systems across various sites. **Key Responsibilities** **System Maintenance:** Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Gate Barriers (GB), Structured Cabling, PA/BGM, and Networking systems. **Troubleshooting & Repairs:** Diagnose faults, perform root cause analysis, and rectify issues in CCTV cameras, NVRs/DVRs, controllers, and network components. **Monitoring & Support:** Ensure all systems are operational with minimal downtime by continuous monitoring and quick response to service calls and breakdowns. **Service Reporting:** Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and incident reports after each site visit. **Client Coordination:** Coordinate with clients for maintenance schedules, issue resolution, and service updates. **Compliance & Standards:** Ensure all systems are maintained in accordance with local authority regulations such as SIRA and client standards. **Inventory & Spare Management:** Track spare parts usage, maintain inventory, and coordinate with procurement for required materials. **Required Qualifications & Skills** **Experience:** 2–4 years of experience in ELV/CCTV maintenance (Middle East experience preferred) **Technical Skills:** * Strong knowledge of CCTV systems (IP & Analog) * Familiarity with ACS, Intercom, Gate Barrier, and Networking systems * Basic understanding of servers, storage, and firewall systems **Software Proficiency:** * Basic AutoCAD knowledge (for drawing reference) * MS Excel for reporting and documentation **Standards Knowledge:** Familiarity with local authority regulations such as SIRA, ADMCC, and telecom standards (Etisalat/Du) **Other Skills:** * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability * Good communication and client-handling skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Experience: * ELV Maintenance Engineer: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
