Engineering Coordinator

**Job Title:** Engineering Coordinator **Company:** New Capital FC LLC **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Overview:** New Capital FC LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Engineering Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between engineering teams, project managers, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient workflow across all project phases. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate day-to-day activities of engineering projects to ensure timely execution * Serve as the central point of communication between engineers, contractors, and management * Assist in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans * Track project progress and prepare regular status reports * Maintain project documentation, drawings, and technical records * Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements * Identify potential risks or delays and work with teams to implement solutions * Support procurement processes by coordinating with vendors and suppliers * Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) * 2–5 years of experience in engineering coordination, project support, or a similar role * Strong understanding of engineering principles and project lifecycle * Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite * Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in construction, infrastructure, or facilities projects * Familiarity with AutoCAD or other engineering design software * Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Qatar * PMP or other project management certification is an advantage **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Professional development and training opportunities * Supportive and collaborative work environment * Opportunities for career advancement within the company نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
