Call for Applications: Enumerators (4 Positions)Location: Salahaddin, Ninawa, Erbil, and Sulaymaniyah (one per governorate) Duration: 1 Month (Flexible working hours depending on the data collection schedule in coordination with the Research Specialist.)About the Project:Women Empowerment Organization (WEO) is implementing the “Enhancing Public Perceptions of WROs through Research and Strategic Communication in Iraq” project, funded by the Institute for War & Peace Reporting (IWPR). The project goal is to strengthen the resilience and visibility of Women’s Rights Organizations (WROs) in Iraq by generating evidence-based narratives, countering harmful perceptions, and fostering broad-based public support for women’s engagement and leadership. As part of this initiative, WEO will conduct a perception survey targeting at least 200 respondents across four governorates using both in-person and digital data collection methods.---Position Summary:WEO is seeking 4 qualified Enumerators (one per governorate) to support data collection for the perception survey. Enumerators will play a key role in gathering high-quality, reliable data from diverse community members.Key Responsibilities:· Conduct face-to-face and/or digital surveys with selected respondents· Ensure accurate and timely data collection in line with project tools and guidelines· Ensure the confidentiality of respondents· Upload/submit collected data on a daily basis· Report challenges and progress to the project team· Participate in online one-day training before data collection about the survey toolsRequired Qualifications:· Previous experience in data collection, surveys, or Kobo tools is preferred· Strong communication and interpersonal skills· Fluency in Arabic and/or Kurdish (English is an asset)· Familiarity with local communities in the target governorate· Ability to use smartphones/tablets for digital data collectionHow to apply: Interested candidates must email their CV to [email protected].
