About the role:
As the Engineering Solutions Account and Sales Executive Middle East you will be accountable for the Engineering Solutions product portfolio sales to meet sales goals within the Middle East.
You will lead efforts in developing the capture strategy working with the Solution Managers and Product Managers from the identification of an opportunity through negotiation and finalization of contracts.
You will also work with Engineering Solutions program management to oversee implementation of Engineering Solutions contracts within the Middle East.
You will report to the General Manager of Westinghouse Electric Middle East (WEME).
You will matrix report to the Senior Director of EMEA Engineering Solutions and be based in our Abu Dhabi, UAE office.
Hybrid work schedule with a requirement to spend at least 2 days per week at Barakah Nuclear Power Plant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow existing ES accounts in the Middle East region to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase revenue and market share.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at ES accounts.
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing ES accounts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of account strategies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering required.
* 10 + years experience in sales techniques, product line/marketing or projects organizations is required. Previous utility-oriented experience.
* Knowledge of NSSS systems, business unit products, services, commercial operations, project management, financial planning and strategic objectives.
* Field experience valued.
* Experience leading moderate complexity contract negotiations (>$1M)
* Travel Requirements: 40-60% domestic and/or international travel
* You will be on a UAE-based local contract with WEME.
* Security clearance is carried out as part of the recruitment process.
* Ability to obtain Unescorted Access at Barakah Nuclear Power Plant is required for this position.
