Estimation Engineer / Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fit-Out Estimator with strong UAE experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and supporting project teams in securing and executing projects efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs for interior fit-out projects * Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, subcontractors, and overheads * Conduct site visits to gather project requirements and constraints * Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors in the UAE market * Prepare and submit competitive tender bids within deadlines * Value engineering: propose cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality * Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for accurate pricing * Maintain a cost database for materials, labor rates, and suppliers * Track variations, change orders, and project cost updates * Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and project standards **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field * Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out / joinery estimation * Strong knowledge of UAE market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors * Proficiency in estimation software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Excel, PlanSwift, etc.) * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills * Experience with commercial, retail, F&B, or residential fit-out projects preferred **Preferred Skills** * Knowledge of joinery and custom furniture costing * Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and approvals * Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines **Salary & Benefits** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Visa, medical insurance, and other benefits as per UAE labor law Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
