Estimation & Procurement Engineer – Fire & Security Systems

ADHOC Fire and Security System LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced **Estimation & Procurement Engineer** with a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience to support our Fire & Life Safety projects. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, managing procurement activities, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions for fire and security system projects. * Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to determine material and equipment requirements. * Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality. * Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams to align procurement with project requirements. * Maintain vendor relationships and update supplier databases. * Ensure compliance with UAE fire and safety regulations and international standards. * Monitor procurement schedules to meet project deadlines. **Qualifications & Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) or related discipline. * Minimum 4 years of experience in estimation and procurement within the fire & security systems industry in the UAE. * Strong knowledge of fire alarm, firefighting, CCTV, access control, and integrated security solutions. * Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software. * Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. * UAE driving license preferred.
