Estimator

**Job Description:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator with 1–2 years of experience in the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the tendering process. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction projects * Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation * Assist in preparing tender submissions and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) * Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors * Monitor project costs and provide cost control support * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams * Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and regulations **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field * 1–2 years of experience in construction/estimating (UAE experience preferred) * Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and pricing * Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Strong analytical and communication skills * Familiarity with local market rates and suppliers **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with AutoCAD or similar software * Knowledge of UAE tendering procedures * Strong attention to detail and time management Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per hour Experience: * Estimator: 1 year (Required) Language: * English (Required) Work Location: In person
