European Female Sales Manager

**Strategy & Planning**: * Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. * Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and determine sales potential for products. * Collaborate with marketing and other teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. * Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales team members to maximize their performance. * Set sales quotas and targets, providing ongoing guidance and support. * Motivate the sales team and provide coaching to ensure they meet or exceed goals. * Manage the entire sales process and operations to drive sales growth and profitability. * Monitor and analyze sales data, compile performance reports, and forecast sales. * Adjust sales plans and processes as needed to improve effectiveness and achieve objectives. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. * Work to acquire new customers and maximize customer satisfaction.
