Salon & Spa Development Manager **Location:** Grand Flora Salon **Reports To:** General Manager -Owner- CEO **Job Summary** The Salon & Spa Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth, innovation, and overall performance of Grand Flora Salon’s services and business operations. This role focuses on expanding revenue streams, elevating brand positioning, enhancing customer experience to a luxury standard, and developing high-performing teams across all departments. **Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Growth Strategy** * Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability. * Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and service expansions. * Introduce new treatments, packages, and premium service offerings aligned with market trends. * Conduct competitor analysis and market research within the UAE luxury salon & spa industry. **2. Premium Customer Experience & Brand Positioning** * Design and enforce a **luxury client journey** across all touchpoints. * Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional, personalized service standards. * Build VIP client programs, memberships, and loyalty strategies. * Maintain brand image, ambiance, and service excellence aligned with a premium salon. **3. Operations Oversight** * Oversee daily operations across all sections (hair, nails, spa, etc.). * Ensure SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are implemented and followed. * Monitor service quality, hygiene standards, and operational efficiency. * Optimize workflows to improve client experience and reduce wait times. **4. Team Leadership & Development** * Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams. * Build leadership within department supervisors and team leaders. * Conduct performance reviews and implement staff development plans. * Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and accountability. **5. Sales, Marketing & Revenue Management** * Set and monitor revenue targets across departments. * Drive upselling, cross-selling, and retail product performance. * Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility. * Analyze sales reports and implement improvement strategies. **6. Financial Management** * Manage budgets, cost control, and profitability of operations. * Monitor expenses, product usage, and wastage. * Ensure financial targets and KPIs are consistently achieved. **7. Client Relationship & Retention** * Build strong relationships with VIP and high-value clients. * Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism. * Develop retention strategies to increase repeat business. * Monitor client feedback and implement continuous improvements. **8.
