Export Sales Manager – FMCG / Electronics

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a results-driven **Export Sales Manager** to manage export operations, identify new business opportunities, and ensure smooth coordination with logistics and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement export sales strategies to expand global presence. * Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, agents, and key clients. * Lead and manage the export sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements with international clients. * Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities. * Oversee export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. * Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, production) for seamless execution. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field. * **Minimum 3–5 years of experience** in export sales, with proven track record in international markets and FMCG (electronics) sector. * Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and team management experience. * Strategic thinking with strong analytical abilities.
