Facilities Engineer

Facilities Engineer is to work closed under the company owner to look after all the properties, contract & building facilities management requirements. You will supervise the team of HVAC, Electrical and plumbing technicians. You have to ensure the all the facilities are run, maintained and managed as per the approved protocols of the relevant authorities. **Pay:** 5,000.00 (AED) - 8,000.00 (AED) per month **Key Responsibilities** * **Maintenance & Operation:** Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. * **System Optimization:** Monitor building performance to identify, troubleshoot, and solve, complex equipment failures. * **Safety & Compliance:** Ensure all facilities adhere to environmental regulations, OSHA procedures, and building codes. * **Project Management:** Manage facility upgrades, renovations, and construction projects, including budgeting. * **Contractor Oversight:** Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and vendors. * **Energy Management:** Develop and implement initiatives to enhance sustainability and energy efficiency. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * **Education:** A Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering. * **Technical Expertise:** Strong knowledge of HVAC, BAS (Building Automation Systems), and electrical systems. * **Troubleshooting:** Ability to perform root cause analysis on equipment failure. * **Software Skills:** Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and CAD software. * **Leadership:** Experience supervising technicians and managing teams. · Administrator, or a similar role. Demonstrate excellent leadership skills. · Good oral and written communication skills. · Ability to motivate a team and maintain a positive work environment. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
