Factory Finance Controller

**Role Summary** This role will lead plant-level finance operations for a high-volume refurbished device business, owning factory P&L, cost structures, and financial controls while working closely with operations to drive efficiency and margin improvement. **Key Responsibilities** ● Own factory-level P&L, including gross margins and cost structures by SKU/grade ● Lead FP&A processes including budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario modelling ● Drive excellence in cost accounting (BOM, routing, overhead absorption, variance analysis) ● Strengthen inventory governance across MES, WMS, and ERP systems ● Partner with operations to track KPIs (yield, scrap, output, labour efficiency) and translate into financial insights ● Ensure data integrity and system integration across MES → WMS → ERP ● Oversee capex planning, asset capitalization, and ROI/NPV analysis ● Enforce strong internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance standards Candidate Profile ● Chartered Accountant with 10+ years in manufacturing / plant finance ● Strong expertise in standard costing, variance analysis, and FP&A ● Proven track record in margin improvement and cost control ● Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite) ● Strong analytical, business partnering, and leadership skills Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
