We are looking for an experienced **Marketing & Business Manager** who can manage the sales team, generate new business, and help grow the company. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise the sales team. * Develop marketing strategies to increase sales. * Generate new business opportunities and find new clients. * Set sales targets and ensure the team achieves them. * Build strong relationships with customers and partners. * Monitor market trends and competitors. * Prepare sales reports and business growth plans. **Requirements:** * Experience in sales, marketing, or business development. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Good communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to achieve sales targets and grow the business. * UAE market experience will be an advantage. Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per hour Work Location: In person
