**Preferred Candidates**
* Currently based in the UAE
* Experience selling industrial tools, equipment, or construction-related products
* Comfortable with **field sales, site visits, and end-user engagement**
* Able to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets
**Role Description**
* Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
* Key account management skills and ability to prospect for new accounts within the assigned segment
* Ability to manage large end user accounts and conduct continuous business development activities
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with customers
* Working with engineers and technical managers to understand project requirements and specify relevant products
* Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods
* Report on sales activity Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions (adding and updating opportunities for effective follow up)
* Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
* Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
**Requirements**
* Experience of 2-4 years in selling to the construction / industrial vertical
* Positive relationship building skills – cultivates and nurtures customer relations
* Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business
* Tactful and smart to handle clients objections and present solutions and options to close sales
* Energetic and result orientated
* Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to hit the road to meet new and existing clients is a must.
