Our commitment is to provide **everything under one roof** to help customers successfully get the job done, at competitive prices and with reliable technical support. **Why Join AABTools** * Established company with over **60 years of market presence in the UAE** * Strong brand reputation and trusted supplier to key industries * Exposure to a wide portfolio of **leading global brands** * Structured product and sales support * Competitive salary with performance-based incentives * Long-term career growth within a stable organization **Preferred Candidates** * Currently based in the UAE * Experience selling industrial tools, equipment, or construction-related products * Comfortable with **field sales, site visits, and end-user engagement** * Able to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets **Role Description** * Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales * Key account management skills and ability to prospect for new accounts within the assigned segment * Ability to manage large end user accounts and conduct continuous business development activities * Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with customers * Working with engineers and technical managers to understand project requirements and specify relevant products * Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods * Report on sales activity Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions (adding and updating opportunities for effective follow up) * Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace * Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity **Requirements** * Experience of 2-4 years in selling to the construction / industrial vertical * Positive relationship building skills – cultivates and nurtures customer relations * Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business * Tactful and smart to handle clients objections and present solutions and options to close sales * Energetic and result orientated * Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to hit the road to meet new and existing clients is a must.
