Finance Manager

We serve growth-stage businesses globally that require structured financial leadership without the overhead of traditional hiring models. This role is a client-facing engagement opportunity. Selected candidates will be contracted by Fintant and matched to external startup and SME clients through the Fintant platform. About the Role We are seeking an experienced finance manager to support SMEs and growing startups requiring structured financial oversight, reporting discipline, and forward-looking financial planning. The finance manager will lead core financial and accounting operations while working closely with finance/accounting teams, department heads, and executives to improve operations, budgeting accuracy, and capital allocation to drive growth and visibility. The ideal candidate should have 10 - 15 years of experience in Saudi Arabia with strong compliance with local laws, regulatory frameworks, and international standards. The candidate should have experience in more than one major industry sector, like real estate, construction, manufacturing, hospitality, retail, etc. The position requires strong written and verbal communication in both English and Arabic with knowledge of Saudi business culture. This is a remote, fractional contract role with defined deliverables and scope. Skills required Financial reporting & analysis, Excel modeling skills, Budgeting, Forecasting expertise, cash flow management, Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, and SAP Requirements Key Responsibilities Prepare and oversee monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow). Develop and maintain rolling forecasts and annual budgets Monitor cash runway, working capital, and cost optimization initiatives Build financial models to support hiring, pricing, and growth decisions Support departmental cost allocation and margin analysis Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements (as applicable) Provide monthly performance dashboards and KPI reporting to leadership Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors when required Benefits Structured, recurring client engagements through Fintant’s vetted platform Clearly defined monthly scope and deliverables Exposure to international startups and growth-stage businesses **Flexible remote work model:** USD $50–$70 per hour Opportunity to transition into larger scope or senior finance roles within the Fintant ecosystem based on performance.
