Fit-out Engineer

**Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise fit-out works on site, ensuring execution matches approved shop drawings and specifications. * Prepare and review BOQs, material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings. * Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. * Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards in line with project timelines. * Assist in tender preparation, cost estimation, and technical proposals. * Report daily site progress and resolve site issues in coordination with the Project Manager. **Requirements** * Arab nationalities * Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, or Interior Engineering (or related field). * 7–10 years of experience in fit-out, interior, or construction projects (Qatar/GCC experience preferred). * Good knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with MS Project and MS Office. * Understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and site execution. * Strong communication skills in **English and Arabic**. * Valid QID .
