**Fit Out Foreman** **Location: Dubai, UAE** **Overview** ALTA VITA Contracting LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fit Out Foreman to oversee the successful execution of luxury residential fit out works. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, adhere to health and safety regulations, manage materials procurement, uphold quality standards, and provide accurate reporting. **1.** **On Site Execution** 1.1 Supervise daily site operations and coordinate workforce activities to ensure timely completion of projects. 1.2 Ensure that all construction activities are performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and timelines. 1.3 Collaborate with project managers and engineers to confirm project requirements and resolve any issues as they arise. 1.4 Monitor productivity and work performance, providing guidance and support to on site personnel. **2.** **HSE Duties including Housekeeping** 2.1 Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures on site. 2.2 Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards. 2.3 Promote a culture of safety among all site personnel, providing training and resources as necessary. 2.4 Ensure the site is kept clean and organised, conducting regular housekeeping inspections. **3.** **Procurement & Materials** 3.1 Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure the timely availability of materials and equipment necessary for construction activities. 3.2 Manage inventory levels on site and oversee the proper handling, storage and recording of materials. 3.3 Review and approve material submittals and shop drawings in collaboration with project engineers. **4.** **Quality** 4.1 Ensure that the work being executed meets the quality standards established in project specifications. 4.2 Conduct regular quality control inspections and enforce compliance with industry standards and best practices. 4.3 Address any quality issues promptly and facilitate corrective actions as necessary. 4.4 Maintain a positive relationship with clients, ensuring their expectations regarding quality are met. **5. Reporting** 5.1 Prepare daily and weekly reports detailing progress, productivity, and any challenges faced on site. 5.2 Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including management, clients, and subcontractors. 5.3 Document and report incidents, accidents, and near misses in compliance with company policy. **Qualifications** Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in as Fit Out Foreman within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of civil and fit out works. Excellent leadership and organisational skills. Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices. Effective communication skills in English Pay: AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
