Our team brings creative design, functionality, and flawless execution together to turn visions into reality. **Position Overview:** We are seeking an experienced and reliable **Fit Out Foreman** to oversee daily operations on-site, supervise workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Foreman will act as a key link between the engineers and the workforce, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality execution of work. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction/work crews * Assign tasks and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications * Monitor productivity and maintain project schedules * Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections * Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans * Communicate progress, issues, and updates to engineers and project managers * Resolve on-site conflicts and troubleshoot problems quickly **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role in a fit-out/construction company * Strong leadership and team management skills * Solid understanding of construction processes, equipment, and safety standards * Ability to read technical drawings and plans * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities * Physical stamina and ability to work in various site conditions Experience: * supervisor: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * UAE driving license (Preferred) Work Location: In person
