Fit Out Site Engineer

Job Summary: The Fit-Out Engineer is responsible for managing and executing interior fit-out projects, ensuring all work meets design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role requires coordination with clients, designers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, functional, and aesthetically appealing spaces. Key Responsibilities: * Review and interpret architectural and interior design drawings. * Prepare shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation. * Supervise and coordinate site activities for partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and other interior finishes. * Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications. * Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets. * Resolve site issues and provide technical solutions promptly. * Conduct site inspections and report on progress to project managers and clients. * Maintain clear documentation of changes, approvals, and site instructions. Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design Engineering, or related field. * **Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out, interior, or joinery projects.** * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software. * Strong understanding of interior finishes, materials, and construction methods. * Excellent coordination and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * **Driving License is a must** Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
