**Job description:** Job Title: Foreman (Civil & Finishing Works) Job Summary: The Foreman is responsible for supervising construction workers on-site and ensuring that civil and finishing works are completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise daily site activities for civil and finishing works (plastering, tiling, painting, etc.) * Assign tasks to workers and monitor their performance * Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications * Check quality of materials and workmanship * Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other teams * Maintain safety standards and ensure workers follow safety rules * Report daily progress to the site engineer or project manager * Manage tools, equipment, and site materials efficiently Requirements: * 3–5 years of experience in civil and finishing works * Good knowledge of construction drawings and finishing techniques * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to manage workers and meet deadlines * GCC experience is an advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
