* Supervise daily construction site operations * Coordinate and manage construction workers and subcontractors * Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications * Monitor project progress and meet deadlines * Enforce safety procedures and site regulations * Inspect quality of work and resolve site issues * Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to workers * Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials * Maintain site discipline and productivity * Communicate with project managers and engineers * Report daily progress and site updates * Manage material deliveries and site inventory * Ensure compliance with company policies and construction standards * Identify risks and implement corrective actions * Maintain a clean and organized worksite * High school diploma or technical certification in construction or related field * Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role * Minimum 5+ years of construction site experience * Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans * Good understanding of safety regulations and site safety practices * Strong leadership and team management skills Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
