We are seeking a dedicated Foreman to join our construction team in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of residential apartment building projects, from excavation through finishing and handover. The Foreman will work on-site, supervising daily operations, coordinating with project stakeholders, and upholding the highest standards of workmanship. Key responsibilities include: * Supervising site works across all construction stages, including excavation, structural concrete, finishing, and handover * Monitoring daily activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards * Managing on-site labor and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols * Reporting progress, raising site observations, and addressing issues promptly * Coordinating with the Site Manager and project team for seamless project execution * Conducting quality control checks and overseeing snagging and handover processes * Ensuring proper site safety practices and conducting toolbox talks * Maintaining structured daily site reports covering progress, manpower, materials, and issues **Requirements** Required Qualifications: * Diploma in a relevant field * Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction foreman or equivalent site supervision role on building projects * Foreman experience on residential apartment building projects * Hands-on experience supervising end-to-end residential construction works, including excavation, structural concrete, and finishing stages * Proven ability to manage on-site labor and subcontractors * Solid knowledge of residential construction stages and sequencing * Ability to read drawings and specifications and execute work accordingly * Experience with daily site reporting, quality control, snagging, handover processes, and basic HSE/site safety compliance Preferred Qualifications: * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Basic Arabic and English language skills * Experience communicating with consultants and engineers for inspections, RFIs, and approvals * Ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors and project teams * Experience covering multiple construction sites within the Riyadh area * Strong organizational and reporting skills * Ability to start within 30 days **Benefits** * Health insurance coverage (medical, dental, vision) * Paid annual leave and public holidays * On-site support and resources for project management * Opportunities for advancement within a leading Saudi investment group
