**Job Title: Foreman – Aluminum & Façade** **Location:** United Arab Emirates **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Industry:** Construction / Aluminum / Façade **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Foreman – Aluminum & Façade** to supervise and manage on-site installation activities for aluminum and façade systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in executing façade works efficiently while ensuring quality and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities1. Site Supervision** * Supervise daily site activities related to aluminum and façade installation works. * Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule. * Allocate tasks to workers and monitor productivity and workmanship. **2. Installation & Execution** * Oversee installation of curtain walls, cladding, windows, doors, louvers, and glazing systems. * Ensure proper alignment, fixing, and finishing as per project standards. * Resolve on-site technical issues in coordination with engineers. **3. Quality Control** * Ensure all works meet quality standards and project specifications. * Conduct regular inspections and rectify defects or non-conformities. * Maintain high standards of finishing and workmanship. **4. Health & Safety** * Enforce strict compliance with safety procedures and site regulations. * Ensure proper use of PPE by all workers. * Identify potential hazards and take corrective actions. **5. Coordination** * Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors. * Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment. * Report daily progress and site issues to management. **6. Team Management** * Lead, guide, and motivate installation teams. * Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of workers. * Train workers on proper installation techniques and safety practices. **Requirements** * 5 to 10 years of experience in aluminum and façade installation. * Strong knowledge of: * Curtain wall systems * Structural glazing * Cladding systems * Aluminum windows & doors * Ability to read and understand technical drawings. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Knowledge of site safety standards and procedures. **Preferred Qualifications** * UAE/GCC experience in façade or aluminum contracting companies. * Basic English communication skills (Hindi/Arabic is a plus). * Experience handling high-rise or large-scale façade projects.
