Foreman – Aluminum & Façade

**Job Title:** Foreman – Aluminum & Façade **Location:** United Arab Emirates **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Industry:** Construction / Aluminum & Façade Works **Job Overview** We are looking for a skilled and experienced **Foreman – Aluminum & Façade** to supervise and manage on-site installation activities for façade and aluminum works. The ideal candidate will ensure that all site operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and proven experience in managing façade installation teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to aluminum and façade installation works. * Ensure all installations are carried out as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications. * Allocate tasks and oversee the performance of chargehands, fabricators, and installation crews. * Monitor manpower productivity and ensure efficient utilization of resources. * Coordinate closely with Project Engineers and Site Managers to maintain alignment with project schedules. * Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality, alignment, and finishing standards are met. * Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on-site. * Identify and resolve site-related and technical issues, escalating when required. * Maintain accurate daily reports on manpower, material usage, and work progress. * Provide on-site training, guidance, and supervision to enhance workforce productivity and workmanship. **Requirements** * Minimum **5 years of experience** in aluminum and façade projects within the UAE/GCC. * Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, cladding, aluminum doors & windows, and glazing works. * Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, technical specifications, and method statements. * Proven experience in supervising site teams, including chargehands and laborers. * Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills. * Solid understanding of HSE regulations and safe work practices. * Willingness to work across multiple project sites within the UAE. **Qualifications** * Diploma or ITI Certificate in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. * Trade background in aluminum, glazing, or metal works is an added advantage. **Employment Benefits** * Competitive salary package with overtime as per UAE Labour Law. * Company-provided accommodation and transportation. * Annual leave, air ticket, and medical insurance as per UAE regulations.
