**Job Title: Civil General Foreman – High-Rise Building Construction** **Location:** UAE **Industry:** Construction **Experience:** Minimum 10–15 years in high-rise building construction**, Arabic-speaking candidates preferred** **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Civil General Foreman** to supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in structural and finishing works, manpower supervision, subcontractor coordination, and daily site execution as per project schedules and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily **civil construction activities** at site. * Manage **shuttering, rebar, concreting, block work, plaster, screed, waterproofing, and finishing works**. * Coordinate with **site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and consultants**. * Ensure work execution is as per **approved drawings, method statements, and specifications**. * Allocate daily manpower, tools, and materials for site activities. * Monitor progress and ensure activities meet project deadlines. * Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure **HSE compliance**. * Check workmanship quality and resolve site execution issues. * Coordinate with MEP and finishing teams for smooth progress. * Report daily progress, manpower, and material requirements to site engineers. * Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices on site. * Guide supervisors and workers to achieve productivity targets. **Requirements** * Minimum **10–15 years of experience** in high-rise building construction * Strong experience in: * RCC structural works * Block work * Plastering * Waterproofing * Finishing works * Ability to read **civil drawings and coordinate with engineers** * Good knowledge of **construction sequence and site supervision** * Experience handling **large manpower teams** * Familiar with **UAE construction safety standards** * Strong leadership and problem-solving skills * Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification preferred **Preferred Skills** * Experience in **tower and residential high-rise projects** * Strong coordination with subcontractors * Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Arabic * Ability to manage multiple site zones Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
