Foreman- Marble

**Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate site workers, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to standard. * Monitor work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks. * Maintain high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications. * Enforce safety policies and promote a safe working environment. * Report daily progress, issues, and site requirements to the Project Manager or Site Engineer. * Assist in planning resources, materials, and labor allocation. * Train, mentor, and guide junior workers and new team members. * Coordinate with other departments, subcontractors, and suppliers as needed. **Qualifications & Skills:** * Proven experience as a Foreman in [construction / interior / marble / relevant field]. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Good knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures. * Ability to read drawings, plans, and specifications. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
