**Location:** Dubai, Abu Dhabi **Job Type:** Freelance / Independent Contractor **Compensation:** 100% Commission (Uncapped Earning Potential) **The Role:** RestoManage is a growing tech startup providing high-converting "Website as a Service" (WaaS) packages specifically designed for local restaurants and cafeterias. We are looking for aggressive, well-connected freelance sales professionals to hit the pavement and pitch our web solutions directly to restaurant owners and managers. If you already have a network in the local F&B sector—or if you simply know how to walk through a restaurant's back door and close a deal—we want to partner with you. There is no basic salary, no office politics, and no micromanagement. You eat what you kill, and you get paid fast. **The Math (How You Get Paid):** You take a massive cut of the upfront cash the moment the deal closes. * **Tier 1 Package (550 AED Plan):** You make a flat **150 AED** per closed deal. * **Tier 2 Package (700 - 1000 AED Down Payment + Monthly):** You make **250 to 400 AED** upfront depending on the setup fee you negotiate. * **Tier 3 Premium Package (1300 AED Plan):** You make a flat **325 AED** per closed deal. *Close just one Tier 2 deal a day, and you are making over 7,500+ AED a month working on your own schedule.* **Who You Are:** * You have experience in outdoor B2B sales, ideally targeting the F&B industry. * Former sales reps for food aggregators (Talabat, Noon, Deliveroo) or POS systems are highly preferred. * You are comfortable walking into restaurants cold and speaking directly with decision-makers. * You speak fluent English. * You want uncapped earning potential based entirely on your hustle. **What We Provide:** * Full training on our 3 pricing tiers and how to pitch them. * Marketing materials and a clear value proposition that practically sells itself to restaurant managers tired of paying 30% commissions to delivery apps. * Prompt payouts as soon as the client's initial payment clears.
