**Job Description: Fresher Mechanical Engineer** We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Fresher Mechanical Engineer** to join our team. The candidate will support engineering, maintenance, production, and technical operations by assisting in planning, inspection, documentation, and coordination of mechanical activities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in day-to-day mechanical engineering tasks and site activities * Support senior engineers in maintenance, installation, and inspection work * Prepare basic technical reports, documents, and records * Monitor equipment performance and report issues * Assist in troubleshooting mechanical problems * Help in supervising technicians and workers when required * Ensure work is carried out according to safety and quality standards * Coordinate with other departments for smooth execution of tasks * Support project execution, testing, and commissioning activities * Maintain proper documentation of tools, equipment, and maintenance records **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering * Fresh graduate or candidate with up to 1 year of experience * Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance practices * Good communication and coordination skills * Willingness to learn and work in a team environment * Basic knowledge of MS Office and engineering documentation * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines **Preferred Skills:** * Positive attitude and quick learning ability * Basic understanding of AutoCAD or other technical software * Strong problem-solving skills * Good reporting and documentation skills * Good Communication Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
