**Job Title: G+4 Architect Engineer Consultant Approved** **Company:** BROADWAY ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN CONSULTANCY L.L.C **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Salary:** AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 **Job Description:** We are looking for a qualified and experienced **Architect Engineer (G+4 Consultant Approved)** to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in architectural design, approvals, and site coordination within the UAE construction industry. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.). * Review and ensure compliance of drawings with local regulations and project requirements. * Supervise and coordinate with site teams to ensure design implementation. * Prepare submission drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings. * Monitor project progress and provide technical support to the construction team. * Work closely with MEP and structural teams for design coordination. **Requirements:** * Must be **G+4 Consultant Approved** in Dubai. * Minimum **4–5 years of Gulf experience** in architectural and construction projects. * Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations and approval processes. * Experience working with construction companies is required. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * **Dubai Driving License is mandatory.** **How to Apply:** Interested candidates can apply by sending their CV to [your email] or contact us directly.
