General Accountant

**Job Title: Accountant (Construction Company)** We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our construction company. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the construction field and be capable of handling financial operations efficiently. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in a construction company * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting * Experience in **Wafeq** and **Tally** accounting software is mandatory * Knowledge of VAT regulations in the UAE * Proficiency in MS Excel and financial management tools * Arabic nationality preferred / Arabic language is mandatory * Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage **Responsibilities:** * Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts * Prepare invoices, payment certificates, and follow up on receivables * Handle supplier payments and subcontractor accounts * Manage petty cash and site expenses * Prepare monthly financial reports and cost analysis * Assist in budgeting and forecasting for projects * Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations * Coordinate with project managers and procurement team for cost control **Salary & Benefits:** * Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,000 * Visa provided by the company * Telephone allowance provided * Other benefits as per UAE labor law **Location:** [Ajman / UAE] Interested candidates may send their **CV to WhatsApp: +971 501428186** Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
