General Accountant

**Job Title:** Accountant – Car Dealership **Location:** Ras Al Khor, Dubai, UAE **Job Type:** Full-Time **Job Description:** We are looking for a detail-oriented **Accountant** to join our car dealership team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and experience handling financial transactions related to vehicle sales, payments, and company expenses. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries. * Handle daily accounting transactions including receipts, payments, and invoices. * Monitor customer payments, bank transfers, and reconciliations. * Prepare financial reports and assist management with budgeting. * Coordinate with the sales team regarding vehicle payments and documentation. * Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies. * Assist in preparing VAT reports and other financial documentation. * Maintain proper filing of financial records and documents. **Requirements:** * Minimum **2 years of accounting experience** (experience in automotive or car dealership is an advantage). * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, or related field**. * Knowledge of **accounting software and Microsoft Excel**. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * **Arabic language is an advantage**. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience handling **vehicle sales transactions and dealership accounts**. * Knowledge of **UAE VAT regulations**. * Good communication and teamwork skills. **Salary:** To be discussed during the interview.
