Our core values include trustworthiness, uniqueness, andcustomer satisfaction. **Job Summary** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Accountant to join our company. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, process transactions, and ensure accuracy and compliance by handling tasks like accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and preparing financial reports. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate ledgers, assisting with audits, and communicating with vendors and clients, all while staying current on accounting standards. . **Responsibilities** **⁠** Maintain financial records: Keep accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, and receipts. ⁠ Process transactions: Record and verify financial transactions, process invoices, payments, and reimbursements for accounts payable and receivable. ⁠ Reconcile accounts: Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and general ledger entries to ensure accuracy. ⁠ Financial reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and spreadsheets. ⁠ Assist with audits: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and resolving discrepancies. ⁠ Communicate: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients to resolve discrepancies, confirm charges, and discuss account statuses. ⁠ Assist with taxes: Prepare and file tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes. ⁠ Support month-end and year-end close: Assist with the closing of financial records at the end of reporting periods. **Qualifications** ⁠ ⁠A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field is often required. **⁠ ⁠**3+ years of experience in Wood flooring accounting (is a plus), or it can be in Marble & Furnitures. ⁠ ⁠Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and solve accounting problems. **Working conditions and Benefits** ⁠8 hours working shift, and overtime applies when it occurs. ⁠ Bus transportation allowance from selective locations. ⁠ ⁠Opportunities for professional development and growth. ⁠ ⁠Supportive and collaborative work environment. **⁠** Location: **AboRawash, Gizah** ⁠ Duities: **from 8:00 AM till 4:30 PM** Job Type: Full-time Pay: From E£12,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your notice period? * What is your current salary package? * What is your expected salary? * Do you have 3+ years of experience in wood flooring, furniture, Marble or the related industry? * Are you ok with the work location?
