General Accountant

**Job Summary** We are seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant to support our finance operations, with a strong focus on **AP activities**. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, timely payments, and effective cash management. Experience with SAP is a strong requirement. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations * Support Treasury operations such as cash positioning, bank reconciliations, and payment controls * Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards * Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities * Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (banks, auditors, vendors) * Support continuous improvement of accounting and payment processes **Qualifications & Experience** * **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.** * **Proven experience in a General Accounting role with 3 to 5 years of experience** * **Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable and Treasury functions in Required** * **Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls** * **Experience with SAP is a requirement** Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Contract length: 24 months Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
