General Foreman

The General Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications. The role requires strong experience in both **villa construction** and **high-rise building projects** within the UAE. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily site operations for villa and high-rise construction projects * Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and project managers * Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule * Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage on site * Enforce **health & safety regulations** and UAE construction standards * Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings * Resolve on-site issues and report progress to management * Ensure quality control and proper workmanship across all trades * Plan and allocate tasks to foremen and workers efficiently * Maintain site discipline and productivity **Requirements** * Minimum **4–12 years of experience** in construction * Proven experience in both: * **Luxury villas** * **High-rise / multi-storey buildings** * Strong knowledge of: * Structural works (concrete, rebar, formwork) * Finishing works (plaster, tiling, painting, MEP coordination) * Familiarity with UAE building codes and safety regulations * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings * Strong leadership and team management skills * Good communication skills Work Location: In person
