General Foreman (Civil)

Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate daily site activities across multiple trades. * Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards. * Manage and guide foremen, supervisors, and site workers. * Monitor project progress and report to Project Manager/Site Engineer. * Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment. * Maintain site discipline, safety compliance, and quality standards. * Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely completion of tasks. Requirements: * Minimum **8–12 years of experience** in construction (preferably high-rise/building projects) * Proven experience as a **General Foreman** or Senior Foreman * Strong leadership and team management skills * Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations * Ability to read and interpret drawings * UAE/GCC experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
