HNWIs Sales Manager – Luxury Landscaping & Nursery

**Role Description**
* To drive high-value revenue growth for Pheladelfia by acquiring and managing relationships with **High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), luxury villa owners, family offices, and premium project stakeholders**, while building strategic partnerships that position the company as a leading premium nursery and landscaping solution provider.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Revenue Generation & Sales Leadership**
* Achieve annual sales **target**
* Build and maintain a **sales pipeline**
* Lead end-to-end **sales** **cycle**: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closing
* Drive upselling (**premium** **plants**, **exotic** **species**, landscaping packages)
**HNWIs Relationship Management**: Develop and manage relationships with:
* High-net-worth individuals (**villa** **owners**, estate owners)
* **Family** **offices**
* Private estate managers
* Deliver **personalized, high-touch client experience**
* Conduct **site visits, consultations, and project follow-ups**
**Strategic Partnerships Development**: Build partnerships with:
* Architects & interior designers
* Government real estate developers
* Hospitality consultants
* Establish referral networks and co-marketing initiatives
* Position Pheladelfia as **preferred nursery partner**
**Market Expansion**: Target segments:
* Luxury residential villas
* Corporate & hospitality projects
* Government & public landscaping opportunities
* Commercial gardeners & private nurseries
* Identify new revenue streams (bulk supply, long-term maintenance contracts)
**Sales Operations & Forecasting:**
* Maintain accurate **CRM** pipeline tracking
* Forecast monthly/quarterly sales performance
* Monitor competitor activity and pricing
* Optimize conversion funnel and sales cycle time
**Brand Representation**: Represent Pheladelfia at:
* Luxury events
* Real estate exhibitions
* Landscaping & horticulture expos
* Act as a **brand ambassador** for premium positioning
**Qualifications & Experience**
* Bachelor degree in Engineering, Architecture, Landscaping, Agriculture or related field
* 5 years' experience in Luxury sales / landscaping / nurseries bulk supply / high-end retail
* Proven experience dealing with HNWIs or VIP clients
* Strong UAE market network (critical)
* Background in landscaping, nursery, or construction is a **big plus**
