Hotel Manager

**CANE & WOOD FURNITURE** is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Hotel Manager** to oversee hotel operations in Dubai, UAE. We are looking for a strategic leader with strong operational expertise, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to drive business performance while maintaining the highest hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments * Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue * Maintain exceptional guest service standards and resolve customer concerns effectively * Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control measures * Lead, train, and motivate hotel staff to ensure high performance and productivity * Ensure compliance with UAE hospitality regulations, safety, and hygiene standards * Monitor marketing and sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and guest engagement * Maintain quality standards in accommodation, housekeeping, and food & beverage services Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 5+ years of experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role * Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest services * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills * Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets * Familiarity with UAE hospitality regulations and standards * Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment What We Offer: * Competitive salary package (based on experience) * Employment visa and medical insurance * Annual paid leave as per UAE labor law * Professional growth and career development opportunities * Supportive and dynamic work environment Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED24,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
