The role involves coordinating recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding, in close collaboration with hiring managers, recruitment teams, and the Contingent Labour team. The position is also responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential HR data in HR Information Systems, preparing HR reports and dashboards using Excel and PowerBI, and supporting leadership decision‑making through data analysis. The HR Coordinator / Generalist will facilitate HR meetings and track follow‑up actions, and support additional HR initiatives as requested by HR leadership.
